Regulate • Reconnect • Rise

I am passionate about creating space for connection, healing and transformation.

Through my Kundalini Yoga classes, exclusively for women, I create safe, supportive spaces for women to move, breathe, reconnect with their bodies and deepen their connection with themselves. I also offer individual Kundalini  Yoga sessions for both women and men, tailored to individual needs and intentions.

My other offerings include Yin Yoga, individual Energy Healing sessions, community Sound bath meditations and accredited Reiki training, welcoming people of all genders to explore their spirituality, cultivate self-awareness and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

As a Reiki Master and Teacher, I share the practice of Reiki with those feeling called to deepen their understanding of energy work and continue their own personal journey.

I also supply Kangen Water machines, bringing water ionisation technology into everyday life.

With love and gratitude,
